  1. It starts with an idea. I turn it into a clear structure.

    • Idea: Goals, requirements and open questions are brought together in a project brief.
    • Structure: From there, a clear information and feature structure takes shape.

  2. Structure becomes design. Design becomes working software.

    • Design: The structure develops from wireframes into a refined interface.
    • Development: The interface becomes components, functionality and a working application.

  3. When everything comes together, it becomes a digital product.

    • Deploy: Testing, builds and technical checks prepare the product for release.
    • Live: The product goes live and can evolve further as requirements change.
